Built with Next.js for fast loading and SEO, the site presents the firm's value proposition, investment philosophy (target returns, cash-on-cash, equity multiple), investor testimonials, and a clear path to connect. The layout is responsive, with emphasis on readability and conversion paths: Invest with us, Explore properties, Learn more, Let's get started.

I implemented the design into a production-ready front end — clean components, smooth navigation, and a structure that supports future content like webinars, podcasts, and property portfolio updates.
